For me, it's always the life that is messy and chaotic and not the person coming for therapy - they are just figuring out how to row their boat in the river of life.​

Individual Counselling

For students, I offer individual counselling sessions priced at INR 800 per session​​

​

*In case the client or the counsellor is not comfortable with working with each other, the counsellor will be providing referrals to the client.

​

​Duration: 50 minutes

Psychology career guidance

For psychology students, I offer career guidance sessions (different from individual counselling) to assist them in their journey at different stages - school, undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These sessions are priced at 500 INR.​

​

The students will be required to mention the specific concerns to be addressed in brief before the session. 

​

​Duration: 50 minutes

    There are no fixed criteria for who needs therapy. However, if you're facing difficulty in any aspect of your life - emotions, relationships, career, or daily activities - you may benefit from therapy. It is important to seek professional help if you have been experiencing difficulty in daily life functioning for a long time.
  • How long does therapy typically last?
    The process of therapy is dependent on the goals of a person and their concerns. Typically, therapy sessions last from at least a couple months, and can go up to years.
  • What is the cost of each therapy session?
    Each therapy session is charged between INR 850 to INR 1200 depending on the client. This is to ensure that the counsellor is also adequately compensated for their training, preparations, and efforts.
  • How often are sessions held?
    The sessions are held once in a week to begin with, and can be changed depending on the need of the person.
  • What can I expect from therapy sessions?
    Therapy sessions usually involve a confidential, non-judgemental space for you where you can be your true, unfiltered self. These sessions may involve talking about your concerns, feelings and thoughts and learning different skills that can help you in achieving your goals.
  • Is therapy only for people with mental health issues?
    No, therapy can benefit anyone who wants to improve their self-awareness, needs a space to be themselves and understand what they want to do in life, improve their communication skills and also improve their overall well being. There is no issue too small to come to therapy for.
